CCOS – Culture Collection of Switzerland AG

The Culture Collection of Switzerland AG (CCOS) offers a range of products in the field of microbiology, including BioResources, BioStorage, and BioServices. It operates a public collection of bacteria, fungi, and cell cultures of Swiss origin and makes them available for research and development. CCOS provides its customers with confidential and secure backup storage of microorganisms at temperatures ranging from 4°C to -196°C. Various customized microbiological services, such as culture freeze-drying, complement its offerings. CCOS is the first spin-off of the ZHAW in Wädenswil.
