grow is present at multiple locations in and around the city of Wädenswil and in the municipality of Horgen and is continually expanding to create more opportunities for entrepreneurs. To this end, we work closely with property companies from the region.

All grow cluster locations are well connected to public transport. The rental prices for the spaces are competitive and the spaces are very flexible. Depending on the location, the spaces are partially furnished and already equipped with laboratories. We offer a range of options, from a desk in a shared office to spacious laboratories with adjoining offices and meeting rooms.

General conditions grow cluster

In addition to office spaces, we offer laboratories equipped with essential facilities. The cost of basic lab equipment can be pre-financed in consultation with the landlords and made available for a modest additionel rent. Lease agreements typically have a term of three years, while the basic laboratory equipment is amortized over a much longer period.

How to become a tenant at grow cluster

  2. Discuss your requirements for space and equipment (office, meeting rooms, kitchen, technical standards, laboratories, etc.), your time frame for moving in and potential plans for future expansion of your company.
  3. Once a suitable space has been identified, detailed space planning is conducted in close consultation between the future tenants and the property companies.
