The Executive Board is the primary point of contact for all interested companies and start-ups. The role of the Executive Board is to fulfil and implement the foundation’s purpose in coordination with the Board of Trustees, thereby jointly creating excellent framework conditions for innovative companies in the life sciences sectors of health, food and the environment.

The foundation “Stiftung grow” was initiated on 26 May 2004 by the ZHAW, the city of Wädenswil, Tuwag Immobilien AG, the Lake Zurich-Zimmerberg Employers’ Association, the local craftsmen’s and tradesmen’s association (HGV) and the regional location promotion organization.
