The Top 100 Swiss Startups is an annual ranking that highlights the most promising young companies in Switzerland. Having two grow cluster companies on the list is a valuable recognition—not only for the startups themselves, but also for the strength and relevance of our network.

Navignostics (32nd): Precision diagnostics for cancer therapy
Navignostics, based at grow’s Horgen site, specializes in precision diagnostics. Using spatial single-cell proteomics, the team analyzes tumor tissue at the cellular level to enable more precise therapy recommendations. The method, developed at the University of Zurich, is already standing out in clinical studies for its strong translational potential.

GlycoEra (75th): Precision immunology with major impact
GlycoEra, headquartered in Wädenswil, develops highly innovative medicines in precision immunology. The goal is to selectively degrade disease-causing proteins—an approach with the potential for more effective and gentler therapies for autoimmune diseases. The team recently raised USD 130 million and is about to start its first clinical trials. Co-founder Dominique Sirena says: “We are honored to be ranked among the Top 100 Swiss Startups for the fourth year in a row and look forward with gratitude. Our focus remains firmly on developing transformative medicines for patients with IgG4-related diseases.”

A network with impact—for people, the economy, and the region
The success of both startups underscores the importance of our regional network. Dolf van Loon, Managing Director of grow cluster, sums it up: “Talented people stay in the area, innovative companies invest, create high-quality jobs, and work with local partners. For Wädenswil, Horgen, and the surrounding region, this is a key driver of long-term economic vitality.”
